​The EnergySmart Academy is based out of Santa Fe Community College and is one of the Department of Energy's Weatherization Training Centers.

The mission of the Energy Smart Academy is to offer students high-quality, consistent energy and water efficiency and green jobs professional training throughout the region; reduce energy and water use, and greenhouse gas emissions; and engage with our local community and the greater professional industry.
