Other Residential Courses

In partnership with the New Mexico Energy, Minerals and Natural Resource Department, we have developed classes for maintaining compliance with the New Mexico Energy Conservation Code.  All are offered free of charge.  Additional workshops are available through several other colleges in New Mexico.  More information can be found on the EMNRD website at ​www.emnrd.nm.gov/ecmd/seab/

Residential Simulated Performance Alternative Path (R405)
This 4 hour workshop will be offered twice in person as well as twice via Zoom, the recording of which will be available as a self-paced course afterward.  Trainings will cover aspects of the residential conservation codes and associated codes and standards in both live and online formats. Trainings will target the knowledge needs of both design professionals as well as code officials performing plan reviews and inspections.  Professionals can attend trainings to fulfill AIA or ICC CEU requirements.
